THyE, in order to reduce the negative footprint generated while constructing the 118MW Nikachhu Hydro Power Project, plays a major role in supporting the communities through the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. THyE continues to support community related religious, educational, social and environmental activities through donations and contributions. In addition, the employees of THyE also contributes a small portion of their monthly pay to Nyela Gonpa and Dangla Gonpa. THyE spent Nu 0.856 million towards CRS in 2020.
